Applying to Hire School Facilities

To ensure smooth coordination and fair access to our facilities, all hire requests must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the intended start date.

Application Process

To apply, please follow these steps:

    • Complete the Application for Community Use of School Facilities form.
    • Submit a Certificate of Currency as proof of your organisation’s current Public Liability Insurance.
    • Once your application is reviewed and approved, a Facility Hire Agreement will be drafted and must be signed by both the hirer and the School Principal.
